Improved hunters mark

Fellow hunters, do you have any idea if improved hunter's mark is working?

I have the talens, the tooltip is correct, but the debuff the target receives still states the 'non-improved' amount of ranged AP.

I would like some clearance on that, because it would be a terrible shame to lose 5 talent points on a non-working talent.

Even at 60 I wouldn't use it.. take Lethal shots instead. It may be broken, but even if it wasnt the tradeoff isnt a good idea

I don't know if it's working or not, but I do recall from vanilla wow that the tooltips on the mobs never reflected the talents, despite providing the correct buff. As a result, it was/is possible for non-talented hunters to overwrite the improved mark.
