Profit free server or not, that doesn't mean they can change anything that they want, given that it was intended on live, of course. I expected that only hunters would be upset with this, but I'm surprised at as to how many non-hunters are on the same page with hunters. This change is stupid and cannot be justified in any way or form.

Well they can change whatever they want, you just decide wether you want to play or not.

I've been doing trib runs regularly, haven't done any for the last week but today I went in there again. Is it just me or has the places changed vastly? Some mobs ignore your pet if you charge him in first (they go straight for you as if you healed the pet), some mobs get stuck in combat while I FD and chase me again after I go out of it. (Example; casters loading frostbolt but cancelling it over and over until you get up again).
And the king and cho are no longer separateable? Did a couple of pulls and they refused to part after my pet damaged the king.

Not enough data to give anything conclusive, but these are my early findings.

Yes, a fix has been applied today. King will use charge on cd now from what I've seen which makes him impossible to kite around pillars/circle. And I also recognized some buggy appearances such as mobs setting you infight for a split second (as you mentioned). TIme is go elsewhere to farm some goldz.

The orges @ the door where u blast it kept going for me when i pulled for pet. Had to FD for them to go for my pet, open door and then wait for FD to CD while my pet dies and mobs to come back, just in time to FD again.

I can't split pull Gordok anymore, but I can split Cho. I killed Cho solo alone. I then revive my pet and proceed for King. King charged me, SOLO and I died. LOL

GG time to go Mara for the same Gold/hr :D

And then they'll change Mara so it can't be farmed. It's very silly that Nost says their server is 100% Blizz-like and they keep messing with DM-N. They keep changing stuff in the dungeon; it's not just king, it's also several other mobs that are behaving differently.

If they're willing to change DM-N, they will change other stuff. I can see it coming.
