Mature Black Dragon Sinew

Hello!

Is there a chance that Mature Black Dragon Sinew (http://db.vanillagaming.org/?item=18705) drops from other black dragons? Or from Onyxia only?

The reason why I am asking is that on some other private vanilla wow servers it has about 0.5% drop chance from elite dragons in Burning Steppes. I know, that there is chance that Blue Sinew drops from elite blue dragons in Winterspring. So, maybe the black sinew also drops from black dragons?

Only from Onyxia here afaik, but no worry, more huntas got it than leaf, so its probably yours in no time, just do that lair.
