Cant get Hunter ST class quest

I did the previous steps when the last step of the quest was not in the game. Now that it is, i came to Azshara, to Ogtinc, I dont have the quest. Cant talk to him either. Got nothing to abandon. Any ideas?

It got fully reset so go back to trainer.
