PvP talents and gear

Heya hunters!

I am very much thinking about sticking to PvP when hitting 60. I haven't really found any interesting posts about hunter talent builds or gear on this forum, so here goes:

I'm thinking about going either BM/MM or Surv/MM:

Any comments about these builds or different play styles?
As for gear.. someone got a BiS list pre superior PvP gear from ranks? Can't seem to google one..

First Build sucks. Real BW will be from TBC only.
Second Build is bad. Choose IAoTH instead of monkey, Get spirit bond 2\2 (1 point from armor, 1 point from Frenzy). Get Broken Tooth for that build. Then go kill mages.
Third build is bad too. Surefooted actually gives a lot of hit rating (hit cap for pvp is 5-6%) AND it works in PvP, providing full resists of novas, frostbolts and frostshocks. You don't need parry too. As for Trap Mastery - you gotta test how is it work here in pvp, because back on retail it didn't work even on Wtlk (jk but it's true).
Moving next. Savage Stikes is bullsh.t (ofc it's ok if you have ashkandi)
Clever Traps is bad option in PvP because Freezing Trap (the main trap in PvP) won't work for more than 15 sec
Choose Entrapment or Stamina instead.
