Should it not be? Min/maxing is how MMO Players work. I was running on 5 hours of sleep when i typed it, sorry if its bad grammar/spelling. But why is a fundamental game play mechanic deserving a sarcastic comment?

he was sarcastic because your question is a bit stupid, you silly sleepyhead.....


Of course it does affect the WHITE damage, it says so RIGHT in the tooltip....

A fast bow would do 14-22 damage for example.. and a slow bow with the same dps would do 20-30 damage. Bigger WHITE hits for the slow bow, but because it shoots less often... the dps is the same.

I'll make this very simple for you OP. The last guy was basically wrong. As a general rule....

Slower speed ranged weapons = better dps.

Faster speed = little better for kiting. But less dps.

The "listed" dps on the weapon itself is not the word of god.
