no pet

Hi folks!
I know that this forum is dead, but i also know that some zombie folks lurk around here.
i used to love this forum in its prime, so ive decided to put this post on here.

i ve never play hunter class beyond level 10 in retail, because i dislike playing pet classes.

now, i was wondering if you can play hunter in raids without its pet. (mm/survival i guess ^^)

how much % damage would be missed, compared to normal hunters with pet?

Personally I just keep it on passive and add the pet attack command into my macros. I do this when the chance of pulling extra mobs is low.

Alternatively you could dismiss pet until boss fights or just experiment with whatever works for the tank.
