Stables Bug?

Has anyone had a problem with stables where a pet disappears?
I was swapping my 49 owl with 47 serpant and I had a lag spike because the pet didn't show up.
So when I tried to swap back I was able to retrieve my owl but the wind serpant vanished.
Is there somewhere I can make a report to get my wind serpant back? I lvl'd it from 16-47.
It didn't "run away" it was best friends.

Would also like to know if this happen to anybody & what you did about it.

You need to stable the pet you can see and use Call Pet. For some reason when pets die and you run out of range of them, you have to Call Pet to do anything further.
