Is moongoose bite even worth it on the toolbar?

I just cant seem to use this ability...I don't have the talents for it...and I compared the mana/damage ratio ..even arcane shot or serpent sting are more worth it to use.

The only time I think I could use it is when Im having people like mages(Specifically mages, locks or priests) get close and use it after I use my Raptor Strike...but i need to dodge first...for that and no lock attacks with a sword....

because rogues,warriors and druids, paladins dodge and parry my melee hits like crazy and I only end up giving overpower and reposte procs to them the longer I stay in melee.

another question..aspect of the monkey..is it only useful vs pala/shaman/rogue? I saw some use it against warriors but isn't that just feeding Overpower procs

It's much more useful in PvE than PvP.

350 crits on rogues pop deterrence and monkey aspect = profit

idk...I just feel like it feeds Riposte Procs the longer I stay in melee and that means more combo points for them and 150% wpn dmg +disarm is rlly good vs my puny...r4 mongoose bite is? 115 dmg?

yes im aware specials have a higher chance to hit than regular melee attacks..but man...I just feel like mongoose bite is a waste of mana ..

I need to switch to monkey(80 mana+ bite which is another 65 mana...) I could do a last rank arcane shot with that ..and ppl consider arcane shot trash( it is)

and if Im disarmed im almost screwed

this ablility just..i don't know how to use it properly in pvp
