So what happens when one of these hunters fails? He gets to keep attempting over and over again? Should go to the end of the line IMO...I'm not getting prolonged because someone can't kite it properly

I would say 1 try each, so the first on the list starts the event, if he dies then its the hunter next in line.

This way you have a bunch of streamlined attempts.

Some are unlucky and dies, but that is part of the deal, next time you can do it better, learn from your failures, ask around if you did something wrong, get feedback from viewers.

Usually the one who goes first can try again next time since hes higher up on the list.
This way we can let the ones prepared for the event to swim through it faster.

If the first hunter on the list fails his attempt, then it would rotate to the next hunter on the list and so on, if the demon is killed, 3 hours later when he respawns, the hunter highest on the list starts again and repeats the cycle.

It's how the hunter list has worked since I did the leaf quest the first week, and it's how it should work still today. If you want to QQ about having to wait more than a day to finish your quest, you are a child.

I talked mad shit. I hated this list, but in the end it helped me. Thank you all for putting up with my complaining, sharing with me, and crying together. Remove me from the list. Sxt, around 7 AM est kilfran is dead. repopped due to a bug disappearence 15 mins after i first fought him.
