Broken Tooth spawn time

How the hell are some of you saying like "yeah I camped him for 16 hrs and he hasn't spawned" .... you expect me to believe you sat there and watched for 16 hrs? Like, couldn't he have spawned and been tamed while you were taking a leak or something??

Took me like 4 days to get The Rake, but I didn't sit there for hours and hours, I would just log into my hunter char a few times a day, look around for him for 10-15 mins, then log into another character and play.
