Copy and paste this list (with rules) in a new post and add your hunter's name to the bottom.
-Gather at the spawnpoint for a demon you need to kill.
-If there are multiple hunters, check this list and make sure you get the right order (confirm this with the hunters present). If you are alone it's always your turn.
-If the hunter highest on the list fails (dies), the next hunter on the list can start fighting the demon. If that player dies, move to the next. Repeat this until the demon is killed.
-I've seen as many as 4 people fail, so even when you are fifth in line you should probably wait. In any case you can see how the demon should (not) be attacked.
-If you arrive while another hunter is killing the demon, but you are above them in the list... too bad! You are too late. Wait until the demon is killed and set your timer for 3 hours and be there early.
-Never attack the demon when another hunter is fighting it! Even when he is a dick and skipping the line. The demon will despawn. You can, however, attack the hunter if he is of the opposing faction (and you are SURE he is skipping the line). Just autoshots and concussive shots from max range will make him/her die real fast.
-Also try to make sure other players don't despawn the demon. So talk to members of your faction before they start buffing/healing the hunter that is fighting the demon or attack the demon itself.
-Respect the list and you will get your bow!
-When you are done, please remove yourself from the list.

People... what is happening ? i mean WTF?!??!?!?? why people who not on list just comeing and killing demons A??????? all of u should add them in CoS lists doesnt matter who it is ally or horde. it is second time in 24h when noname "huntard" just stole the demon. If everyone will break the rules of the list, there will be no point in it.
I am on the top of it and when i came to demon spot. just no name bit ch killing the demon. I think we should change the rules of that list. If some1 who is not on list starting demon - despawn it. since i better w8 7h and take my head insead of giving it to such "Huntardas".

So apparently BS demon didn't respawn 3 hrs after I killed it this morning. I've seen it time and again now... Seems like it's totally at random whether it spawns after 3 or 7 hrs currently. It's been like this at least as long as I've been doing the quest (a week). So, quest has only gotten worse from before where it would spawn after 3 hrs when killed. Also, it's totally unclear whether the "dynamic" respawn has been implemented at all yet, or if it's bugged.

This is just a bad joke at this point. Looks like Nost devs give approximately zero fucks about this quest and the hunter community. What is happening? What are the devs' intentions? This lack of communications is pretty shitty tbh. Wouldn't it be a simple solution to just changed the respaws to a lower, fixed timer as a temporary fix while devs work on their fancy algorithms? The list is 263 names long, about 20 names added since I added myself!

Congratulations to everyone whos on the quest now! Since the respawn timer, no matter how the demon was disappeared (killed or despawned), is 7hrs only now. Noone knows why, noone knows since when and for what purpose, but Im glad to say that finally all we can do this quest now even easier with ~15 people waiting for one npc! Now we dont need to camp the demon for weeks, viva la Nostalrius, viva la respectful administration.

i confirm that the spawn timers are broken. since today in WS demon was killed (properly by 1 ninja cow) at 8.45-8.50 am in front of my eyes. and in 11.30-.12.10 hi didn't spawn. So now timers are 7h for all.
what can i say before it situation with that quest was just extremly bad... now it's just horroble.
