Also items that give +attack power need to be unequipped and put back on every time you zone or you get no attack power.

Barrage seems fine, compare the damage of your auto shots and level 1 Multi-shot.

The other bug is quite serious though and is even more problematic because of a second bug with Devilsaur Armor's set bonus. I spent a few hours last night shooting level 63 Felguards in Blasted Lands to confirm this. What happens is this: anytime you unequip a piece of Devilsaur, your +hit from items is reset to 0. The workaround is to unequip and reequip your Devilsaur armor first, then uneequip and reequip everything else. A lot of hunters are seeing problems with a high miss rate because they do this in the wrong order.

Improved Revive Pet was also broken for me since the patch last night. The mana cost reduction was not applied to the spell. I had to unlearn my talents and relearn it to get the mana cost reduction to work properly.
