Bestial Swiftness broken

Is it? i tried many times, and my pet doesnt seem to be able to catch someone thats running at normal speed. If the 30% was working, he would get to him easily

I've noticed that too. It seems like it even runs 10% slower. Chase a mob with it with cheetah on and he falls behind quickly.

After taming a second pet, my bestial swiftness has also stopped working and the pet no longer can even keep up with mobs outdoors.

Does anyone have any possible solutions since it doesn't seem to happen to everyone?
Is it possible that pet movement has a lower priority during peak hours?

Enduring Training talent broken too, so no point to put talents in it...hp of me and pet same after 5/5
