Improved hunter's mark bugged?

it was bugged on feenix and it seems to be here too

I spent 2 points in it ...and the tooltip shows the increased AP but when you put the mark on a mob,etc it still shows the ''old AP''

Not enough information to confirm. Mayhaps tooltip just not updated to reflect.

More importantly, see if you do more damage or not to confirm if its bugged or not.

If so, use the bugtracker.

I haven't done any testing but can confirm that improved mend pet isnt working (has been on the bug tracker over a month without an assignment) so I wouldn't be surprised if other hunter talents are bugged.

There are quite a few heavy class bugs on the server without an assignment on the bug tracker. I certainly feel that with the over whelming population nostalrius staff have been unable to devote any time to actually improving the experience due to them trying to work on the lag.
