For PvE? Interesting.

Not looks like PvE builds? Why not?

I guess traps are ok for 5 player instances, but in raids most mobs are immune or should be.

If you're after hit take gear, buy warmonger. As I say it's interesting and got me thinking, my own spec isn't the norm either but my personal preference lends towards pet dps over trap utility.
