Pet Talents

Has the UI been bugged for pet talents? I have yet to find where in the UI to set my pet's talents. It's also strange because my pet's abilites tab isn't always there. Anyone else having this problem?

Pet Talents were added in Wrath of the Lich King and later removed in Mists of Pandaria.

Now if you are talking about Pet Training Points and Pet Skills, you have to go to your Pet Trainer for that or click on Beast Training.
