Savage Gladiator Chain

Is Savage gladiator chain BiS chest this patch? I've had it for months and was hoping to equip it, but it still shows +20 defense rating. Is that a bug, or is it still gonna stay with defense rating until next patch?

Galdiator Chain Stats are patched with Patch 1.10

I just "discovered" this today as my Hunter hit 60 only recently. Thank goodness I didn't waste TOO much time in BRD trying to get that piece.
