Keep your secrets to yourself

Since the recent fiasco of DMN Tribute farming and this illegitimate fix being applied I just want to ask the hunter community as a whole to keep your secrets to yourself. Tribute was not a secret, sure, some people didn't know about it but it caused such a clusterfuck when people found out we were making gold using our abilities as intended in vanilla (oh no!).
I suggest if you find a new good gold farming method, keep it to yourself or maybe share it with a few close friends. I know I will find a way to farm things for 100g/hr again, it's just a matter of time, but no one will ever hear about it. Hopefully you manage to do the same.

But it's a shame as I loved the hunter community here and seeing what we can do and come up with. I don't care about gold, I'll just miss those videos It was good promotion for Nos too.

Just curious but what do hunters buy with all this money? If you do a no-life weekend you get like what 2-3k?

Assuming you have an epic mount..wtf do you even buy with that money?

Does the spec you need for DMN solo gimp your raid or PvP?

I bought flask recipes for about 300g each. Never got to use them though since my guild quit.

Gonna look forward to getting some nice blues on the PvE server though, just taking my time soloing bosses...unless they nerf that too.

I didn't farm much. I bought my epic mount, spent tons on flasks and consumables for raids, spent 600g gearing guildmate hunters (since I'm the class leader), and another 400g donated to the guild fund for expensive flask recipes, and another 200g to one of our healers as he had a rough time farming money. I've a whopping total of 100g atm since I only farmed when I wanted to buy stuff or guild needed donations.

I did it the slightly slowe method without respeccing, so it never gimped me at all, since I used the raid spec to run DM.

Now with DM Gone it's time to go on an adventure of farming massive amounts of gold elsewhere. My nolife season starts ~Sept 15th, so I'll spend a ridiculous amount of time researching new farming locations and perfecting runs and routes. If i find something really good, I'll release it after I feel comfortable to never farm again. (Since it'll be "fixed" by devs if released)

P.S. if you're planning to /who Ohr all day when I'm online, don't think I've found something as I'll be doing probably every single instance in the game solo to check clear speed vs item value.

It was so boring I didn't do more than I needed to, but I know few hunters with 5 digit stash. It was mostly nice to do before raid for buffs.
