Pathfinding Bugged?

Hello. I wonder if pathfinding talent is working properly or not? Because despite I have 2/2 talents on Pathfinding AotC only says %30.

Tooltip bug. If you reset talents and spec the two points while running you will clearly feel the difference.

But I wonder if it's working now or not despite it still says %30. If it does there's no purpose do respec.

Talents will never effect buff tooltips. But it does work.
