How good is the rank 13 set for both PVP and PVE

Friends,
How good is the r13 pvp set for both PVP and PVE compared to full tier 2?
I am interested in trying the rank-grind, and i love pvping on my hunter, just not sure if it is worth the rewards.

Full rank 13 gear is worse than T1 or T2 gear for PvE, but provides a lot of stamina which is great for PvP. However since the rank 10 gear has been updated for whatever reason and has multiple pieces with 2% crit on them, it's really good to have 2 pieces of that (with the 20 agi set bonus) in PvE.

Are you referring to upgraded epic pvp set or the current one?

upgraded r10 set shoulder+chest bis pvp. for pve i'd say go for 8/8 t2

Btw: I am asking regarding the upgraded sets as those will probably be out by the time i am eligible for them.

For personal dps, I would rank upgraded Rank 13 pvp set over T2 8/8 and T1 8/8.
