Tame was at 6:53 PM eastern time, so next spawn would be 7 hours 30 minutes later at 2:23 AM eastern standard time.

yo, I tamed Broken Tooth at 1:02 am 10/12/2015. The respawn timer is always exactly 7 hours and 30min. It gets either tamed within 20 seconds or killed in slightly less than 20. Thus the spawns on 10/13 will likely be 0:03am, 7:33am, 3:03pm, 10:33pm. Pretty easy to keep track of that. Just log in at the right time and use the following macro:
/tar Broken
/use Tame Beast
Don't keep spamming it as soon as it spawns cause you will cancel your first cast and start a new one after the 1.5sec gcd.
