If i gear my hunter with mage arcane stuff with alot of arcane dmg bonus, my arcane shot will be very dangerous right? Or its not counted as a spell?

Yeah it would be dangerous but your other stats would probably be lacking because of your focus on spell damage gear.

I just hit stuff with 900 with arc shot in BWL, but got some bugs to report, Misschance is calculated of spellhit, spell cannot crit and the BWL 1st boss trinket is actually scaling, but Cannot crit aswell??? Not sure if that is a bug though, Serpent is still not scaling aswell. /cry,

I've only critted with arcane shot with ony buff, I guess we have 0% base spell crit?

It shoud be a "hybrid" shot that get the benefits of Mortal shots / Ranage weapon spec and hunter's hit and crit
and scale from spell Dmg.But for the moment its a spell shot and thats not the way it suppoost to work.

It's a silly, suboptimal build. It requires more effort and time to reach the same level of power that a cookiecutter hunter build would. But it's doable. Just like moonkin...

edit: serpent sting does nature damage, doesn't it? Arcane damage mods wouldn't have any effect.

But regular spell damage would, and it doesn't.

Volley does not scale here aswell, but well, hunters scale like shit, so why not have a funbuild you can alternate to without being concerned it does not work.
