Anyone know if DS 8/8 setbonus is working properly?

It works properly (I have 8\8), but debuff priority is VERY low. In fact, that proc is worthless vs raid boss, but it's extremely useful vs adds.
Mayby 16 debuff slots will make it better.

With 16 debuff slots it will be fine.

Yep, full t1 bonus 8\8 > full t2 8\8 bonus if you're using MM build.
But I advise you to compare the stats, he he.
Also, I am often using survival build (insane amount of agility with that gear plus I can consume MM aura in my raid).
The proc isn't an ultimate, but it can be with 16 slots and several fullT2 hunters in your raid (will be tested soon).
