Not at all, because that is not one "attack". There is a delay between all of those, and that is represented by the target losing sections of its HP, as opposed to all of it in one go.
What I did, was perform my first and last attack on the target to within a millisecond's difference. An aimed > auto > multi combo would take around 2-3 seconds for the first and last attack to actually hit the target.
Was it one number? No. Was it one attack, though? Yes.
