When i trigger autoshot, it randomly procs and shoots concussive shot and arcane shot. Anyone else has this issue?

No, Im playing 3 other classes, none has this issue, and it didnt happen on hunter few months ago. Im pretty sure its game bug. Just not sure if it related to this specific weapon
