Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Gonna start my first hunter ever, and I'm kind of at a loss at what values to look for at weapons? I couldn't get a definitive answer with google. Only thing I could find is that you have a rotation with aimed shot at 60 and you need to look for weapons that fits into the aim shot cast time without interrupting auto shot or something, I don't understand it yet. So at leveling, what values to look for?
