Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I was looking through different ammo types and found mention of Wicked Arrows and Impact Shot. Doing a search I found:

In these tables it shows Wicked Arrow and Impact Shot as Level 55 Ammo with 22.0 DPS. It does not show the ammo types as having the BC logo before it (as do the others) suggesting the Ammo may have been introduced prior to BC.

I can find this post, that talks about the ammo being found after a patch on December 5, 2006. According to this link, there was a BC patch on December 5, 2006. So it seems like these particular ammunition types were not added until BC. Can anyone confirm this? If not, it sounds like Thorium or the farmed Rare ammo is the best available?

They were added in the pre-TBC patch, so 2.0.1. Not 1.12.1 unfortunately.

Yeah, that ammo doesn't exist in vanilla. Thorium ammo is the best that any sane person will use.

Unfortunate that it is "Pre-BC" but still after Vanilla, but thank you for the response!
