Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello, I decided to try a hunter out and have so far leveled him to level 5 and am having some issues with the class itself. It seems like theres a delay between when i press my ability till it actually uses it. Other problem I'm having is the auto shooting ability. Whenever I try to kite a mob my hunter will stop auto shooting and when they get close I cannot shoot anymore. Am I just supposed to stand in one place and get hit or is this some type of bug? Thanks for helping a noob hunter! <3

There is no shooting while moving, no close range shooting and no panderen hunters in wow vanilla

The delay maybe comes from the bad pvp server performance
