So i see about 3 or 4 different respawn timers posted on the forums for the 4 demons but the most common one is 2:40 hours is this correct?

I wouldn't believe anything on the forums. They said Brokentooth was 12 hours. Anyone who's camped it knows how misleading that is. But most importantly camp it yourself and figure it out

is there an issue with Simone currently, only precious is there atm. Has any1 killed her recently ?

No issue she just doesnt spawn where the dog is she spawns to the East alittle look for a large tree with a canopy
