Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Just did every quest and they all worked, but upon turning in for the last quest that is supposed to send you to ST Ogtinc doesn't give me anything. He also doesn't display a grey exclamation point above his head. I feel like this ones missing or broken? Anyone else have this problem?

Looking to get this done soon any one confirm if its still broken?

None of the sunken temple class quests are in because they weren't added until 1.8.
