this is the best one, all other specs in this thread are flawed in some way

Enjoy being kited by hunters because you haven't maxed out your range, so yes, yours is flawed too. I don't think there are any specs out there that are not flawed in some sort of way. If you were to improve your spec you could just take out 2 in holy and finish off your Meditation and Shadow Reach, it would be more consistent. I am pretty sure extra range on your spells trump a situational talent any day.

If you also want to PvE take out some point from Imp MB and put it in hit and threat reduction. I don't think that Meditation is too amazing in PvP as you won't have any spirit on your gear, but rather mp5, and that small difference Meditation makes is simply not worth it unless you're going down to get imp Mana Burn or is planning to also do PvE. I see that some people have gone down and taken imp Mana Burn, which is probably the better spec if you're doing premades.

the difference between 2/3 and 3/3 range is like 2 yards, that wont save you from being kited by a hunter. if you let him get that far away from you you have already lost anyway.
youre right, meditation isnt worth it and only needed to get to improved manaburn. so why take out points from healing focus to max this out? consistency doesnt matter.

2 yars can be quite the difference.

This is what I've been contemplating as a build without Shadow Weaving: http://db.vanillagaming.org/?talent#bxMGs0bZbZVMGtczRt

My theory here is that this is more of a utility build rather than (an) optimal build, allowing you to have Improved Mana Burn, Healing Focus, and a fully maxed Improved Mind Blast. This is battleground PvP oriented and assumes that you aren't doing any PvE.

In virtually every PvP build I see linked...Mind Blast is almost never maxed out, and I don't know why...I assume it's because of its mana cost. Assuming it hits...it's guaranteed damage, cannot be dispelled as it's not a DoT or a stack of something, and gives you another (faster) chance to proc Blackout.

From my experience in Battleground PvP...things get hectic and it's rare that I'm allowed to just sit there and cast away (which is what you need to build up stacks of Shadow Weaving). Inner Focus should be on cooldown 100% of the time and used with Mind Blast, assuming you're not about to die and need a clutch heal.

A build like this tends to favor my playstyle, as I prefer a tad more utility. If I wanted to min/max damage I would just raid.
