Fear Ward - need info

I wanted to know the specifics on this skill, Fear Ward.

Is it specific to the Dwarves?
What level do you get it?
Is it the racial skill for dwarf priests? Undead have Touch of Weakness for example.
The most important questions I want to know:
How long does the fear ward buff last?
Whats the Cool Down on the skill?


I'm finding varying sources of info from wikia's, guides, and stuff, so I'm just asking here now. For players who are -actually- playing vanilla.

Last 10minutes. 30 second cooldown. Get it at level20. Dwarf only.

It's insanely strong in pve, making several encounters much easier. If you plan on raiding as alliance it's really the only choice.

You all forgot to mention:

Fear ward only ward you against ONE (1) fear. So if you are a warlock, cast fear twise, unless the dwarf is quick to reapply FW between fear casts, then three time is the charm.
