Troll or UD priest?

I am enjoying playing troll as shadow. Rogues and warriors have no chance really. And spells cast against you also proc Shadowguard so it's still very useful against casters. The above poster seems biased and/or mad for one reason or another. Totally up to the player, both are viable.

Both are viable because shadow is incredibly powerful, but overall in pvp it's not even debatable that UD is stronger than troll. The fear break is unquestionably a lot stronger than berserking, and devouring is unquestionably stronger than shadowguard.

I say this as a troll priest, but come on, devouring is a shadow word pain on your target + a renew on you and is instant cast.

UD Always, devouring plague + Touch of weakness just outshine troll priest spells Hex of weakness and Shadowguard. Besides WOTF > berserking

Troll is not fixed properly here.

So go for UD...

BTW: Shadowguard > Touch of Weakness both PvP and PvE.
Hex and Devouring Plague are even especially on horde side.
Berserking would be awesome if worked correctly...

Just saying, UD Dot is a 900 mana 3 min CD which every paladin can dispel with another 1/2 dots... and paladins are everywhere.
