raids for bene/ana

when i hit 60 i will be doing 90% pvp as a spriest.
for my equip i need anathema ofc, but therefore i have to raid mc.
so my question is:
do you think, that there are raidguilds, who invite dudes like me for mc (holy or shadow), just for the eye (to go without saying other priests have no need)?

You can always check the Items Marketplace forum, in the future some guild might sell the eye.

Otherwise you can always do MC Pickup groups, I don't know how often they down Marjodomo, but when ZG comes out Pickup group should be able to clear all of molten core pretty consistently if they don't already.

i got my anathema by buying the eye of divinity from a raid guild for 500 gold. sounds like a lot but it was worth it.

Just join a Zwox pug (fridays iirc), they do 10/10 reliably. I got my eye on the 3rd run or so.
