Can priest solo his stuff easy at 60?

Hey guys as I guess most people here I've played wow in retail since vanilla..Altough I've grown tired of it by now.

Started playing here yesterday and it was even better than I was expecting!

Wanted to roll a rogue since that is what I played in vanilla but seeing so many of them and maybe it would be funnier to roll a new one. Everything else I have too much time played besides priest whom I never even lvled in retail (have 20 toons on 100).

So my question is..since I like to farm stuff and I will need to get my goldz. Can I solo stuff in a "decent time" for farming if I'm using the best raid talent spec (healing)?

Hey, you can farm herbs, which is good money.

With Holy Nova, priests are good for farming DM:E nonelites, and shadow is decent enough at singelmob grind.

best profession for priest!
especially in EPL/WPL with all the undead mobs


however, mages work the best for black lotus.. so GL with that.
