Dispel Magic BUG

It works just fine dispelling myself and it also worked on enemies up to this day. Everytime i try to dispel an enemy player or mob it says there is nothing to dispel. And don't say there is nothing cause a mage with ice barrier clearly has ice barrier up. annoying as hell

I haven't had any issues with dispelling enemies or friendlies, but keep in mind that dispel only hits a certain amount of buffs (depending on rank), so you may have to dispel a few times to get all the buffs. Not to sure what the priority system is, or if it is just random though.

And the range isn't that long either. Worked for me last night just fine.

I think it's a problem with Dispel Magic (rank 2).
My rank 1 works fine, but when I use rank 2 it won't let me dispel anything.
