As for offhand - AV offhand is 34sp, Master Dragonslayer's Orb is 28sp 14 int. I will take 14 int over 6 sp any day. Bag of whammies makes more sense but you should be hit capped with Nef tear anyway.

When you said ony I thought you meant her head.And you may be right about the offhand, for some reason I thought the nef offhand had lower spell power...
ATM I am hitcapped w/ bloodvine set and nef tear. But I'd rather get out of bloodvine so I can use 2 set pvp bonus and other items, as they have more spell power than bloodvine items.
