Imp renew is bad for 2 reasons.
#1 you use it super rare in pve
#2 it doesn't scale with +healing, the +% only effects the base values
Healing Focus is an incredible talent, there are a shitload of bosses that do aoe dmg and having an add on you won't wreck you casting heals. That shit prevents 1 pushback it's already better than most talents, especially in 5 mans
holy reach is a bit more up in the air, the only thing it really helps from a pve perspective is smiting onyxia in stage 2 which you should be doing especially during the initial liftoff. I only use renew on super burst fights like the King in dm north where I know that damn MS is coming and want every single healing possible hitting right after that hit. Those are very very rare so I don't value that much at all
