The "of healing" items are now in the game. In our guild mc run a +62 healing cloth helm dropped, and I saw a +24 healing wand on the AH.

Are the "of healing" items even good to use? I got an "of healing" level 41 belt, +33 healing.

If it has 33 healing you would use it up until tier 1 belt or whipvine cord which is the best belt.

It's easy to check "of healing" items on the list. every point of healing is worth 1 point. Just check on the right side how many points an item has, if your item has more points it should be better.

For example your belt is worth 33 points while T1 is roughly 40 and whipvine is almost 56.

I'm just a bit cautious of the "Of Healing" stuff because wearing gear with no int or spirit on it just feels...wrong and bad.

With a massive amount of +healing you can essentially down rank your spells quite a bit.

Yeah, that's what I figured; +heal being the best stat because it allows you to downrank further, the more +heal you get.

I'll hang onto this 33 healing belt, then.

Where do these statweights come from? For alliance they only make sense if the fight is over 16.5 mins long. (Int, Mp5, Crit)

Edit: Ah. Are these weights perhaps designed for MC speedruns assuming not drinking to full before bossfights?
