Question though - I didn't see anyone mention the Meditation talent in Discipline. It's similar to the T2 3piece bonus. Allows 15% of mana regen to continue while casting. So, with that talent, more spirit converts into more MP5. Is this included in calculations? If not, can we get a column for it or something?

Uh...yeah, Meditation is factored into the Spirit stat weight. That's a given. There's absolutely no reason you'd ever NOT take meditation as a healer.

I've always geared for a relatively high healing to regen ratio. As always, Healing > Mp5 > Int > Spirit > Stamina

Unless I have the t2 3 set bonus in which case swap Int for Spirit since with talents, spirit becomes extremely beneficial. But I'm still a scrub priest.

Once the darkmoon card is released I'll probably run that and DM Priest trinket. Will have to test however how the new card works on this server, I don't know yet if shard of the scale will outperform it in long encounters.

I noticed that Senior Designer's Pantaloons were missing in the legs section. They probably won't top any lists, but they're a great option until you get Padre's or raid gear.

Also what about Wand of Eternal Light? Is this stuff overlooked or just not good enough for the list? Or are these items different on Nost than db.vanillagaming.org suggests? I'm still leveling at the moment so I don't really know.

Senior Designer's Pantaloons are currently green with 8 Stamina, 20 Spirit.

Wand of Eternal Light is not yet in the game, as it came in a much later patch.

When you look at an item on db.vanillagaming.org/ and other such sites, look for the button named "link" and pick "ingame link." If you paste the string you get into chat on Nostalrius you will see what the item looks like on here. (And nothing will happen at all if the item doesn't yet exist in the Nostalrius database)

Wow, thanks for the info! I had suspected this was the case after getting Seal of Wrynn today and it being a basic green item. I'll dig a little deeper before I question the list again haha. On retail I didn't make it to 60 by the time BC came out so filling in the gaps on private servers has been fun.

Yeah, a lot of BRD loot was updated in either 1.8 or 1.9, some really sweet pieces tbh. Like the healing shoulder off of Roccor, or that wand, yes. But seeing as the server is still on 1.5, those pieces either don't exist, or are green with shit stats.

Hi guys, just a quick question about the Hands of the Exalted Herald - the list, as well as vanilladb suggest they have +33 healing, but in fact the ingame tooltip suggests they do not - proof of the ingame tooltip can be found here

Am I correct to assume that this would put [gloves] of healing onto position 2 and gloves of power onto position 3 respectively?

It does infact have +33 healing on the server. Your wdb folder just contains an earlier version.

If you see an item for the first time it will show the current version on the server and then save that in the wdb folder. It doesn't then change if you go to another server with a different version or if the item changes on the server you are at. For this reason it is highly recommended to delete your wdb folder every time you start the game. This and other features are included in VF_WoWLauncher

Delete your WDB folder.
