Hm, why is Energetic Rod not on the list? With 14 healing and 5 int, it's about 25.6 points.

Yeah it seems like some items aren't in the game yet (like the epic legs from warsong gulch and arathi basin items).

All of the 60 blue PVP gear is in, all of the Arathi gear is in, and all of the WSG gear sans legs is in.

Added Darkmoon Faire items.
Didn't know what to do with Darkmoon Card: Blue Dragon so I just estimated it and added an explanation.

It scales with your spirit though so there's a breakpoint somewhere. Im not good enough with the math to figure it out but there should be spirit amounts where it become better than mindtap, royal seal, and shard of scale.

Blue Dragon is kinda hard to put an absolute point value on, since its proc is random. But yes, it scales with your gear, so it just gets better and better as you get more spirit. IIRC it's considered BiS for regen, when you're in AQ/Naxx gear.
