My leveling build

For serious? Looks like level 60 shadow priest build to me.

If serious:

Silent resolve is useless for leveling.
Wand specialization is OP, wand between mind blasts and keep shadow word pain up and you will never have to stop to drink.
More than 3/5 Shadow Focus has no effect unless you are fighting mobs 4 levels higher than you.
Mind Flay rank 1 is worse damage than whatever wand you can get, rank 2 is about on par except it uses lots of mana instead of letting you regen mana. Mind Flay get's good around rank 3 so I would wait until level 36 before putting a point in it.
Imp Mind Blast is way more important than blackout.
Shadow Reach is ok but I would much rather have imp psychic scream and silence
Shadow Affinity is useless while leveling
