I don't know all the BiS or a complete accurate list for that matter, but the rank 7-10 gear is the most obtainable "BiS" gear before BWL and rank 12-13. There are also some nice items with some sweet spell power from AV rep too, that aren't too hard to obtain. Other than that there are some nice items scattered throughout the various dungeons that you could pick up (such as the shadow dmg mace from ud strat), you can find them all at db.vanillagaming.org .

Before you can get higher rank pvp gear, here's what you should aim for

Head - Crimson Felt Hat from Stratholme UD / Felcloth Hood (tailoring)
Necklace - Anastari Heirloom from Stratholme UD / Stormpike Sages Pendant from AV vendor (honored)
Shoulders - Felcloth Shoulders (tailoring)
Cloak - Stormpike Sages Cloak from AV vendor (honored)
Chest - Robe of Winter Night (tailoring)
Wrist - Sublime Wristguards from DM North / r5 pvp bracers
Main Hand - Scepter of the Unholy from Stratholme UD
Offhand - Spirit of Aquementas from Un'Goro chain quest
Gloves - Felcloth gloves (tailoring) / R7 pvp gloves
Waist - Stormpike Cloth Girdle from AV vendor (honored)
Legs - Felcloth pants (tailoring)
Boots - Maleki's Footwraps from Straholme UD
Rings - Songstone of Ironforge from BRD saving princess chain quest / Blood of the Martyr from Stratholme quest
Trinkets - PVP Trinket and Briarwood Reed from UBRS

Most of these you can get easily, if you aren't a tailor yourself you can find one to make you the felcloth set or buy it off the AH (or farm the mats yourself in Felwood)

You should have around 3.5k health buffed and 4.5k mana in these items, which isn't much but you sacrifice stats for +shadow damage and you'll hit like a truck and it works until you can get high rank pvp gear when the -damage +stats tradeoff is worth it again.
