Need opinions on Dis build

So I'm making a fun little pvp/pve dis build for leveling.

this is it. Just wondering, what stats should I prioritize int>spir>stam or Spir>int etc.

This build is for leveling, healing dungeons, and healing pvp AS WELL as actually doing some killing in pvp.

If you really care even a tiny bit about leveling you will swap 5 points into improved wands and 5 points into spirit tap, just those 2 tier 1 talents will increase your leveling speed significantly. IMP wands is also good for pvp, with updated wands you do a considerable amount of dmg

Like Varth said imp wand and spirit tap would be recommended. You could potentially only ever spend those 10 talent points while leveling and be good up to level 40-44 until shadow takes over. Even if you never intend to go shadow those are the 10 crucial points.

Alright, now I'm looking for the best possible survivial levelling spec. Shadow? any ideas? As far as getting ganked in PVP zones.

Getting ganked in pvp zones is 95% just not making yourself an easy target. Stay above 50% health at all times if there's even a remote chance there's enemies nearby, if you can kills mobs behind trees/buildings/hills DO IT. Don't travel on roads if you don't have to, if you do have to run past the opposing faction shield yourself so they know you are prepared just in case.

As far as talents go the only effective survival one is healing focus, it severely reduces pushback so you can heal through a lot of ganks.
