mind flay dmg

Yo.

I need a heads up concerning the skill mind flay.
Apparently i was using the level 2 skill of mind flay (description: 126 shadow damage over 3 seconds)
i equipped two items; Stout battlehammer of Shadow wrath (+6 shadow damage) and Cursed eye of Paleth (which is a quest item, descr: increases damage of shadow spells and effects by up to 10)
Therefore i have +16 shadow damage bonus.

Now to the question. Should not I be causing more damage than 44 shadow dmg per tick with these bonuses?
44x3 = 132 dmg. Seems like only the stout battlehammer dmg bonus is added, the cursed eye isn't.
Same dmg on all mobs 10 lvls lower than me.
Tell me your opinions, if you think this is a bug, i'm gonna report it.

Not a bug.

Mind Flay gets 0.457 extra damage from +damage, so your numbers seem about right.
