I psychic scream bugged?

Ok maybe 1 in every 5 or so times i will psychic scream somone and literally nothing happens. I am right next to them and and it doesnt even come up with "resist" or "immune" just literally nothing in the combat log. I know i got it off as it goes on cooldown but what is this?

It could be a weird issue with your latency, where the mobs appear to be in fear range but are really just outside of it. Dunno for sure though, that's definitely weird, as even with the odd spell resist mechanics in vanilla, fear was still a "hit" or "don't hit" type of spell.

Yeah, it has happened to me but very, very rarely and seems to be connected with latency issues.

I thought this thread was about psychic scream not having its cooldown reduced after specing it in shadow tree. Is that bug resolved yet?

Just tested it myself. I have one point in Imp Psychic Scream (or whatever the name) and the tooltip does say 28sec cooldown now. I even counted myself and it does indeed refresh the ability after 28 seconds.

ive found its actually getting worse and worse. Twice yesterday i tried to fear a druid TWICE on cooldown who was freely healing his teammates in ab right next to me and nothing happened.

Mine get resisted a lot. And I mean a LOT. I would estimate at least 15% resist chance, maybe 20%.

The bug that I was talking about seems to be fixed. I am sure that was in fact a legitimate bug. I have been shadow speced since I started and played with that glich the whole time. Stopped playing for a couple of months though, must have been fixed during that time. What surprises me the most is that no one seemed to have noticed it. I mean the cooldown was actually starting from 30 secs, which is not the case anymore. Case closed
I wouldn't know anything about the spell being resisted to often. Never seemed like too much resists considering the number of undead players and lack of hit.
