Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Is it really worth getting? I assume no one will know until about a couple more weeks until a priest gets the full set, but how was it on other servers?

Would it be better to just get Empowered Leggings/ Boots of Pure Though, etc. Over T2 set?

I will be using 8/8, at least for a while. I do not think that it is worth it to use Empowered Leggings/Boots of Pure Thought etc over it. But then again, I'm a strong promoter of passing both of those to Paladins anyway so there is no way I'm picking those up anytime soon.

I haven't really looked into the situation after ZG and AQ. I know that there are players who swear by 8/8 T2, and they might be right. I guess I'll have to evaluate it in practice before deciding if it is a good idea or not to stick to it until Naxx. My gut tells me that I'll decide against it in the end, but it is certainly a pretty nice set bonus.

Yeah, people are saying that the renew from the 8 piece bonus is not stacking with normal renews. It's supposed to stack, based on Wowhead comments.

8/8 is considered very good on 2 priests per raid or so

It depends on the encounter and your role in the raid.
