Maybe stupid question for some but what are the current debuffs that are prioritized in raids and what will be your setup when the 16 slots are opened please?

I as shadowpriest I´m kinda worried that even 16slot is not enough to get the raid spot.

Shadow Weaving will certainly be one of the 16. The problem you might face is guilds prefering to have a healer spec down to it rather than bringing a shadowpriest. (Not unreasonable from an optimization point of view, although it will probably be harder to find a healer who is content with gimping themselves than a shadowpriest)
