T0 is trash.

You want gear with as much stamina, intellect, and spell power as possible. Some of the crafted items are really good, like the Flarecore Robe and Flarecore Leggings. These are kinda expensive to make, though.

Just any PVE gear you can get from relative dungeons. You can start with places like UBRS, and try to get in some MC / ZG groups, whether its a guild or a pug, then eventually BWL, all while PVPing and trying to upgrade.
